Five days of free entrance: special exhibitions of the museums are free during the Kirchentag.

Admission to the permanent exhibitions of the municipal museums in Dortmund has been free since the beginning of the year - now the special exhibitions are also free for five days: During the German Protestant Kirchentag (19 to 23 June), guests of the Kirchentag and all other visitors can view the special exhibitions free of charge at the Museum Ostwall in the Dortmunder U and at the Museum für Kunst und Kulturgeschichte (MKK).

The current exhibition "A feeling of summer... Dutch Modernism from the Singer Laren Collection" is running on at the Ostwall Museum in the Dortmunder  U. In the "Museum für Kunst und Kulturgeschichte" you can see the big art nouveau exhibition "Rausch der Schönheit" until Sunday.

"We are delighted when the Kirchentag guests from all over Germany visit our museums, and we would also like to give a gift to our 'regular audience' on these days. We cordially invite everyone to visit us for five days," says Dr. Stefan Mühlhofer, Managing Director of Dortmunder Kulturbetriebe.
