On Friday, 18/11/2011, the Dortmunder U does not open until 14:00 h because of the implementation of TÜV testings. You can access the opening hours for the upcoming holidays here....

In the following weeks, there will be construction works on the forecourts of the Dortmunder U. Due to several required security measures for these construction works the visitor's entrance has to be relocated temporarily from Leonie-Reygers-Terrasse to the south side of the building.

In October and November, the Konzerthaus Dortmund presents the project re-rite in cooperation with the Dortmunder U. It's an audiovisual multimedia installation designed by the conductor Esa-Pekka Salonen in collaboration with the Philharmonia Orchestra London.
